CONSTRUCTION

Preconstruction and design/assist services to be provided by WPIC include, but are not limited to, cost estimating​, value engineering, scheduling, construction phasing, constructibility review, weekly design review meetings with the owner, input from key subcontractors as to building systems, and means & methods of construction. Pre construction is expected to last several months.

The Excitement builds, WPIC Construction LLC has been created by Westport Construction and ICON Builders to better serve our customers.  Many of you have known us as the long standing Joint Venture partnership of Westport/ICON, we have used this valuable and lasting relationship to springboard into WPIC Construction LLC.
